I've noticed a significant difference between IB and normal Crucible...whatchoo talkin bout Willis?
Seriously the guy was just better. Just because you are 30 doesn't mean you auto win.

Truedat. I've seen level 30s end up at the bottom of the team. Usually because they play PVE and aren't used to enemies that can problem solve.

I'm 30 and I've been at the top and the bottom. No one does amazing every game. And I play quite a bit of crucible

I did say "I've seen"... Not necessarily referring to you. My point, and I think yours too, is that levels aren't a factor when determining PVP skill.
