Someone has never played Brink or Aliens: Colonial Marines.
If you are assuming that any trailers tells the truth, you are lying to yourself. Believing anything said or done at E3 is essentially setting yourself up for disappointment. That's just how it goes. As for the lawsuit, the dissatisfaction, and the indiscriminate rage, please feel free to take that up with the retailer and get your money back.

No rage, just annoyance. Annoyance that companies can get away with releasing and charging you and me full price for a product that Bungie knew was not finished or working properly. And annoyance that people would support them for doing it. Companies are under constant pressure to generate a larger profit with each passing year. How do they do that? By cutting costs (cheaper labour) or finding a way to charge more for the product (DLC). And because consumer laws have not kept up with changing technology, more and more companies are getting away with releasing products that they know do not work properly. BTW, I had no issues with installing the game from the disc(the product). All issues have been with Bungie servers and updates, so no blame go's to the retailer.
