Changing icons takes less than a minute. Making the new icon maybe took some time but I'm sure their artists had nothing else to do anyway. Of all the things to complain about you choose this?

Their artists were plenty busy. They did new textures and models with this patch. That's why it was so large. I'm guessing one of them finished a day early or something and got bored.

I was complaining about allocation of resources to problems many are wanting addressed for example the bugged vault of glass. And how they lied about the "new shaders".

They said Eva will sell new shaders, meaning she will sell different ones than the ones she already has. *NEW* new shaders will drop closer to expansion. No one lied to you buddy.

They didn't lie about new shaders. If you read the update list, which I believe you did, this update is one of many leading up to the release of the dlc. They did "claim" to add some more shaders to Eva though its probably just ones you could already get outside.
