You're right. Xur works exactly as was intended, however I think this would be an improvement and would reduce all the complaining about not earning exotics

I am enjoying all the complaints. It is amazing what level of contortions, rationalizations and excuses people will make on a video game forum to prop up a digital self image that no one else gives two shits about but them. Easy enough to ignore and mute if they bother you. Change the game because of it? I don't think that sets a very good precedent...
