Gotta disagree. while there will always be those with less, there is no reason why there should be people without food, shelter and yes healthcare. In a country that is supposedly the greatest in the world Looking at the distribution of wealth, we're headed for a gap larger than anything post FDR. The theory that the rich will help the poor by providing jobs who will then consume more in order to help the rich by growing the economy has failed. Now thanks to outsourcing, the economy can "grow" by increasing profits to raise stock prices effectively stimulating growth but only at the highest level. We need jobs that cannot be outsourced namely domestic resource production, like the keystone pipeline. Now i say "like the keystone pipeline" because i don't want that particular company to have the contract as they only got it by buying GOP congressional seats. The contract should be awarded to many smaller companies that would hire local workers.
