Honestly, the only issue I have with DLC exclusives is the time delay for the things that will eventually come to Xbox.
Most instances there's a 3-6 month difference. Though it seems as if we might be seeing a 9-14 month difference on this.

Then they'll probably charge us for the extra stuff too.

If Activision has control of the DLC, it won't be an extra charge. Typically with how COD worked, any exclusives ended up in X, Y, or Z map pack down the road. I don't foresee any additional charges in Xbox DLC due to this fact.
