Correct me if i'm wrong. The VoG on normal starts with level 26 enemies and ends with lvl 28 enemies? So wouldn't it be safe to assume normal mode on CE would start with lvl 28 and end with lvl 30 enemies? If so enjoy your damage reduction and i'll just keep enjoying my "useless" raid gear.
