No idea. Yesterday, in the middle of the level 22 weekly strike (I was playing on my level 24), I was doing 113 critical damage, and then about halfway through I started doing 89? And then after a few minutes it bumped back up to 113. No idea why.

Well. I know The Devil You Know has the crowd control perk. So you'll deal slightly more damage for a bit after a kill. But I'm dealing close to 500 less damage on crits than before! :(
