I have a fully upgraded Bad Juju and it is better than all my other automatic pulse rifles. It hits harder and has better range than most.
However, my almost fully upgraded Super Good Advice is still crap.

What other pulse rifles are you using? I've got bad juju, and upgraded it a good amount (no ascendant damage perks, tho) and it doesn't work nearly as well as my Strange suspect. In fairness, strange suspect isn't automatic, but the damage difference is too large.
