It does seem like ADS is closer to a re-skinned zoom than a real ADS function.
But nah, spring definitely makes Halo's competitive MP worse. "Adding craziness" is not good for the skill gap.

Except it widens the skill gap. Skill comes down to the best utilization of all the availible features/mechanics. More mechanics == more skill needed
-
Tell that to the 400000 people that left Halo 4 because of new mechanics.
-
That is because people are stupid, and refuse to adapt to change which is out of their control
-
You can't just go around and call anyone you disagree with stupid. There are countless threads from b.old and Waypoint giving constructive criticism of sprint and reasonable alternatives to it.
-
Lol that is not true at all.

It is though
Except it widens the skill gap. Skill comes down to the best utilization of all the availible features/mechanics. More mechanics == more skill needed
This is possibly the dumbest comment I've seen since I left Waypoint. Adding more things doesn't make something more skillful, it ends up becoming random and unpredictable with too many factors. You can add mechanics that are less skillful in that they allow you to survive encounters that you should've been punished for getting into.

Adding more features does increase the skill gap. Skill is all about the best utilization of all available tools. If someone escapes a situation, that just means the attackers skill was not high enough to get the kill

Okay there, Shootin Sammy.
