I also came looking and found your thread because of that persons comment. I honestly doubt it, seeing as Bungie hasn't announced it. They said they want to give people a chance to level up their rep even on a low time space, so they would probably announce. Still, there's time for them to announce it and we don't know for sure if they might surprise us.
