If someone else has previously signed in and then set that Xbox as their home Xbox, this means that anyone else who uses the Xbox can play their games without the owner of the game needing to be signed in. This means that if they bought minecraft, you and any other accounts can play it on that Xbox

Nobody else has ever used my Xbox, my Xbox has never left my room, my gamertag is the only gamertag on the Xbox, and there is only one payment method on the one gamertag.
