I like that winners and lose have the same odds of loot. Those odds could stand improving, but as a whole I feel it makes the crucible a place to have fun without hyper competitive bullshit. I don't want to start getting hate mail because I either draped my team down or shut out the other team

Some days I'm fantastic, some days I go back to pve to hide my shame. Fact remains I like knowing that if I just go in and do my best my odds are as good as anyone elses. It's not about about the most skilled players getting ever more loot, it's about every one fighting for glory Valhalla style. And one asshole using the starting rifle at level 30 to troll.
