Its just down to Microsoft pulling the plug on bungie,they must have seen something wrong in the set up,maybe this Activision merger was what tipped the balance,Microsoft would have lost a controlling interest in bungie.
Whatever it was Microsoft were spot on and must have seen the direction Activision were taking bungie
