Increases the speed of the bolts that come out after charge. Its near instant, no travel time. Similar to a buckshot

Yea I thought that it might do this, but when using it I can't tell any difference. I'll have to to test it some more.

Haha once u unlock it youve probably got so used to tje shot being so fast you forgot. Try out a regular FR then compare it. The perk is not a glitch

Well I have the weapon maxed out; I prolly won't use Javelin anyway cause' Accerated Coils is overall more useful.

No, but I hear that it has a really good fire rate to impact ratio. That and the Fatebringer are the only things I haven't received from the Raid.
