Shouldn't have to do it, but I've found "most" of the time on XB1 that going to menu, hovering over Destiny, start button, select quit, then selecting Destiny from disc works. Pain in the ass, but better than silence. Been a repeating issue for me. Not sure if it helps, but for me, settings, clear saved game cache, then restarting seems to help also.

Reset the cache reminds me problems that i have with titan fall xD thank you very much hope it work, but still it should work without having to do the home menu think.
