That was intended by design by bungie to deal with that you have to make sure the Damage over time grenade was by them or have a weapon that does lingering damage, or pop his head off if you could fast enough

I've seen the praetorian regain an entire bar of health after being killed and you're telling me it's WAI. It's health would literally be none existent and it would regain it like 2 secs after its dead.
