Hey I'm not gonna lie, I bought it! But after thinking awhile, people aren't gonna ditch their shotty's in pvp for a weapon that requires more skill. People will still be using it though. Those who do will always be thorns in my side.

PVE is decent but icebreaker is the best PVE sniper around by far.

Yeah I love ice breaker, but for arc burn, I'd be excited to use Patience and time. I mean, yeah, that's situational, but it has its place.

I have it fully upgraded and got it from the raid but its not as good as everyone thinks.
