Both. Depending on damage modifiers. In pve you can let icebreaker charge then swap with any special weapon and have ammo

I have 18 coins - just trying to decide whether to buy the exotic titan chest this week (Armament or something like that?), or buy the PnT... Or keep saving the coins and hope for Ice Breaker next week? My main problem is that I dont have any decent weapons yet. All blues still. So getting a quick exotic is really tempting

That was my other thought, just getting into VoG on this toon faster, but. The first time I cleared VoG on my 360 account, i already had a legendary hand cannon (Venation III) from a strike. Just didnt want to feel like I was getting carried with garbage weapons on the PS4 haha

I'd go with the exotic armor and hope for a drop in vog, or get vanguard or cruc rank 3 and get a weapon (PaT isn't all that great anyway)

I would take exotic armor over weapon. It allows you to go into VoG for potential weapon drops, you can survive in there with blue weapons
