HA lol... which parts of the US have you been to? The South tends to be full of the most stereotypical idiots.

Oh I forgot Texas, spending a week in Austin was a real eye opener.

I've been to Hawaii (Honolulu and the big island), LA, San Diego, Louisville KY, Chicago and San Francisco to name but a few. Now that I'm living in Canada I get most of the same stuff with the benefits of free healthcare and 25% less crazies :-)

25% less crazies and 100% more donuts, am I right? That is a really bizarre mix of places to go. Austin, Texas is considered a "liberal enclave" in that particular state... there is a reason why the Texans keep trying to secede. When I drove through there the only things that I noticed that were bigger were the steaks and bugs. I was born there, however, so I suppose I can't say too much. Why did you go to Louisville of all places?

Oh and if anyone convinces you that Tim Hortons coffee is great, they are lying. I'm from Melbourne so I'm a coffee snob. TH coffee is ground dirt with some cheap coffee flavouring.

A friend of mine that I grew up with in Scotland is living there, he's now living in Indiana with his wife and Daughter but since I was in Chicago at the time I just extended my business trip and included 2 weeks in Louisville. My old job back in Aus involved a LOT of travel both around Australia as well as around the globe. It sounds glamorous but it's draining and you miss out on time with your family. Anyhow now that my job in Canada only involves the yearly trip to South Korea it's not that bad :-)
