Well for me the choice is made by the quality of 2ndary exotics. You cant have 2 and ice breaker beats suros.

Actually its not, because snipers are gay in pvp^^ Shotgun or fusion is the weapon of choice for many players but I still prefer Suros over everything (except for maps with many tight spots)
