Click on the Project Lycan Ballistics link above. Then select "Request Join". Once you have joined the group, instead of seeing "Request Join", you will then see "Set As Playstation Clan". Once I approve, I will send you a welcome message welcoming you into the fold and you will then be a Lycan!! PM any questions you might have about the process

You just joined the group. Or else I would have gotten a message asking me to approve you into the clan. To gain entry into the clan, you have to click "Set As Playstation Clan". It's in place of where the Request Join was.
