Yup! There was one time when they game was down for almost three weeks. Each time they "fixed" the issue the game went live for about a minute before it all went offline again. these things happen sometimes.

But this is Bungie, they said that "they know what they are doing". It doesn't look like it though.

Every company says that. nobody can truly "know what they are doing" or "be ready for demand" until they are in the situation.
