Look closely and you can see the heavy payload on the rockets. In addition those rockets were probably designed to travel to far distances.
The rockets look like they were about to take off with humans trying to flee earth.

Still, creating all those rockets and launchers visible in the Cosmodrome doesn't simply take a few weeks. That's the work of many years I would believe. Meaning, that there was clearly a good plan set and executed.
