I've had very few issues myself but I think you should edit your post to include your console Gamer tag etc.
Maybe try clearing the cache on your console.
Phone your internet supplier and change your Internet channel over.
Reinstall the destiny content.
If that fails then I really don't know.

I called Microsoft on the issue like a week ago. they also tried to tell me that. Bungie also claimed a couple of hours ago that they fixed the issue, but I still get it alot.

I havnt tried today but I did yesterday after the patch. I could go and see now, but i highly doubt its gonna act any better.
