I have both Thorn and the Devil You Know.
Thorn is great and all with the poison damage but that's the extent of how good it is. Plus range is a little better.
TDYK overall has higher impact, reload speed and a 12 round mag.
Both take two shots to the head in PvE not sure about PvP.
So naturally I would agree that Thorn needs at least a buff to the reload speed and maybe at least a 8 round mag minimum

In pvp TDYK is 2 head shots and a body, thorn is 2 head shots and they did from the poison a second or two later. It's a tough decision to make

Im pretty sure TDYK is 2 in the body 1 in the head. I can shoot someone twice in the chest and finish them with a headshot. Not sure if it works the other way around I dont think shooting once in the head first then 2 body would kill... This is just based on my lousy memory

Correct me if I'm wrong but the headshot is 86, body shots are 56
