you are not sorry , you are incompetent, this crap should never be on sale, you are losing players hand over fist, if you cant deliver a decent internet connection go back to tele sales or whatever it was you used to do.

I've lost about 10 hours of play at this stage. Getting half way through missions now and then getting booted. Yesterday I only got 5 minutes of play. I get a wide variety of errors but the caterpilla is the most frequent. My Nat is open and I've tested my network many time and all is fine. So bungie there's no point in playing if I know I can't complete the bounties or missions. Get this sorted ASAP. I've a week of work and have been looking forward to getting stuck into destiny. you have lost connection to destiny servers your permission to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may be signed in elsewhere. no one speaks of this problem on here

Cant sign in Zebra error everytime. Bungie team should have this fix the first day they heard about it. Very disappointed in the reaction and response time bungie took. I swear everyone effected should get something for the trouble.
