Great addition to the discussion; you're brilliant. I don't think it's pure RNG though. Suros is a good example....with the total number of exotic weapons available to see Red Death twice and now Suros either a) the weapons list available through Xur is low, or b) there is something wrong with their RNG. Armor, even with only 4-6 pieces per class, is in same boat. Not all RNGs are the same, and if you think RNGs are all the same then you're naive, ignorant, or both....
