Put Neosporin up your nose with a Q-tip. Keeps the inside of your nose from drying out and reduces chance of nose bleed

He'll probably cauterize that area with silver nitrate or something like that [spoiler]It'll sting and burn for a few days but it's worth it[/spoiler]

It's worth it in the end. I had to get both nostrils cauterized 3 years ago. Had very few nosebleeds since then
