^^This statement brought to you by the year 1997. All they have to do is apply the same idea as bitcoin to the transaction. A verifiable serial number is assigned to each transaction/item/glimmer sum. Distribute verifiers to all systems and once a duplicate pops up, correct it. Problem solved. Aint even hard.
