No, it cannot be done, they profiles are not transferable across different platforms like that since each is made by completely separate companies that do not like each other as competitors. So would never allow such a thing to be done in a game.

Oh well, I guess I can just play MCC on XBone with the ppl I wanted to play Destiny with but MCC will take up a lot of the time so it's whatever's... Where's the harmony these days?? Lol
