Random of the 4 grabbing is good if they are all level 30 but if you have less than 4 at lv30 then a priority system will be better because you never will want a lv29 holding it when a lv30 can grab it.

Lv29 takes 2 hits to kill with the relic due to 25% dmg penalty against a lv 30 mob. Lv30 takes only 1 hit. That's a lot less time and chance to die and more then a title...

Ok bro I want some of whatever your smoking to believe it's the same as a lv29 or lv30 holding the relic. Can be done by both but the 29 needs a lot more help from their portal team and will always have higher risk of messing up.

It is not simple as that. Lv 29 experienced with relic is more suitable for it than Lv 30 without that experience. That one level DOES give some advantage, but not so that it would be only choice.

1shotting all but the menatoor is a HUGE advantage and if your 30 and on the last boss of hard mode and can't learn the shield in a few attempts you shouldn't be in hard mode. It's not implosive for a 29 to do it, they simply need a fair amount of help from their portal group or the adds will get you before you can kill them.
