I can't see your characters because of your Bungie.net settings. Or the account you posted from.
Either way, I want to feel your pain, but I need more info in order to do that. Some levels are annoying and you seem to be stuck in there forever (my dry period was 27), then I just met a few people, and started leading a raid group. All my problems were solved in a couple of weeks.
What level are you? What's your gear? What are you doing daily? So many things that could be affecting you, and creating the rut.

In all honesty, the rut is my fault. I don't play every day, and I've played even less lately due to the new BF4 patch... One of the few problems I have with this game is the commitment it requires (I know... madcuzbad). Anyway, here's my gear: -exotic helmet (from xur) -blue gauntlets -purple chest piece (queens wrath) -blue boots -all blue primaries (except for 1 leg AR, which I don't use much outside of pvp) -blue specials -leg MG and leg rocket launcher

Yeah. That's pretty much it then. The game is a time sink, through and through, it's grindy, it's repetitive, and it doesn't work for everyone. If you don't put in some serious game time, you don't get anywhere unless you are really really lucky with RNG. I am sucker for games like this, so it works in my favor. And that BF4 patch is good, so I get you :)
