You can replay story missions on a higher difficulty or do patrols. Make sure to do bounties.

I checked them but there is no bonus xp under rewards

Did you already do them on the highest difficulty you have access to? It is just extra bonus experience. Its not like you wouldn't get any but I know its less efficient. XP is really all about bounties through the whole game.
