The only down times I have had are when that group flooded the servers and crashed them, which they did to many other companies as well. I have had the ps4 almost since it came out, and I have had only a few times of it being down. It's not that big a deal, xbox goes down every now and then too, plus I like playstations quality better as well so them being down every now and again is not an issue for me. I just go do something else for a couple of hours instead of sitting on my ass playing games.

I love my ps4 and Sony but, sony has no money right now. They do but honestly their success and money from their gaming division is paying for the rest of the companies downfalls. They lost a lawsuit, their phones and tvs are losing millions upon millions. Not saying it's fair. Just letting you know what they are doing with their money. It's bad for us in this sense but it's good in a way too. I'm willing to bet that all their best resources are put into the gaming division now. This should be the last for maintenence and updates for awhile now. In a couple months you'll forget this even happened.
