So when I lose in control cause half my team has a 2.5+ k/d with 2 caps between them they are good because they have a high k/d? I can't tell you how many times I've led a team with at least 8 captures, while the rest of the team averages 3, with most if those being caps after spawn flips. Kill/death ratio is not as important as win/loss ratio or score per game/score per minute.

Edited, partially agree

I can see what you mean though. It just bugs me when people seem to think that k/d is the only stay that matters. I've seen people run from an 80% capped flag because I took down their shields and they wanted to preserve their k/d.

I agree in most cases if your in a losing position a.k.a 2000-10000. That's when I just go for kills. Also some people come from COD aka team deathmatch land, so they don't understand objectives.
