Been to all of those. Most people seem to not know about getting to the traitor ketch though.

It's part of a mission that i assume is in the second DLC. As the second one is about traitors amongst the queens fallen house. I'm only assuming though. It's a simple find. Just head to youtube and type in "destiny how to get into traitors ketch."
