I'm pretty sure "from a developer's perspective" would imply that you yourself are a developer. Which, after reading about a third of your post, you are very clearly not. Do you honestly think that whining on forums is how a developer allows the direction of their game to be "steered"? Seriously? Do you not think that they perhaps have mountains of internally collected stats and data that they pour over?
