Unfortunately if you want a refund you'll need to talk to the retailer you purchased Destiny from.

Oh and by the way i upgraded my internet connection from 50 mbps to 152 mbps and i get around 70-90 mbps download speed and around 12 mbps upload speed with no packet loss on my Xbox One so my Internet is fine.

I have and they say because i have redeemed the codes that were included i can't. The thing is i wouldn't have redeemed that if there were some indication that Bungie would be having such severe server issues or that i would need a specifically tuned, wired or port forwarded connection but it simply states to have a fast internet connection which i have.
