You do realize that pvp rewards are bonu's the real reward is the faction rep and marks not the items themselves.

Ok so the person dead last who has two kills should get a universal remote while people who did good should not get those bonuses? That's the problem with the loot they give out.

The game is rng, there is no gurantee and never was meant to be one either. You dont earn the items in pvp at all. You get a chance at them like a lotterly. If your number comes up you get it. if not oh well.. same as playing any lotttery... the loot is not the main reward, the main reward is the faction rep and marks, the loot is bonus and that is all. It was never meant for the best to get the best and the worse get nothing.. It was not meant to pander to eliteists that think and feel it should be that way.

This may be a stupid question but what does RNG mean?

Random number generator. It means that rewards are chosen by a randon number generator and thus no one is guranteed the best items or even an item at all. It is like a loterry. Pure luck of the rng if you get items or not.

You and the other six people were in the whole round and putting in work, while some guy joins late or just does absolutely awful, winds up at the damn bottom and gets great stuff for it.

It only pisses off those who think they should be entitled to something just because they think they deserve it when really they dont. No one is intitled to anyting in the game. It is all random based on what you get if you get something as the final end reward and even the few things where you do get specific items like strange coins, the rest of the loot is rng.

O don't feel entitled to any rewards. But I don't think it should give exotic or legendary gear to someone who did nothing and gives nothing to people who did stuff. Either give items based on performance or give nothing.

See that is how rng works. It is not based upon performance at all. And no they do not have to just give based on performance or nothing at all, just because you think so because you think that only those who do well should be entitled to rewards. That is not how this game works or was meant to work.

the reward ad the end of the match is not the main reason for pvp. the reward given is a bonus loot and nothing more. the main reward is the faction rep and marks. Sorry but they dont have to do it that way just because you think you are entitled to something just because you played better than someone else. that is a very elitist way of thinkng and is why the game is rng and not like you think it should be.

I learned to read when I was 3 so I've been going it for a minute. The point is why should some last minute, do nothing scrub get goddamn exotic gear for doing nothing. Do yourself a favor and read in the forums, I'm not they only one that thinks the way loot gets distributed in PVP is stupid as hell. If I go into the middle of a match and start busting a -blam!-ing move I should get dick squat. But since it's rng I can put my controller down and play with my balls and get exotic or legendary gear. No -blam!-ing thanks. If be happier if everyone got nothing than rng giving some dude who spent the round digging in his ass anything.

I have read he forums and all there is to read is entitlement minded people whinning that the game does not play in the manner they wand and give them what they think they are deserving of when really they are not. Yes even if you had the top score, had the higest k/d, had the most assists you are not ever meant to be guranteed anything better than another player ever. for that is how rng is meant to work. Tough if you dont like it and think you should be given better gear. they dont have to do it that way ever just to make you happy. Again your last remark proves you are an elitist and that is exactly why rng was used and not the way you think it should be. So people like you dont go bragging about your rewards as if it was some big deal. And that is your problem you want that right to do that in this game but bungie does not have to give it to you ever. dont like it, stay out of pvp.

The only reason you say that is because you think you are better and thus entitled to better or no one else should get anything and that is not how the game was ever meant to be. Stop putting so much damn importance on the reward. good god you are so thick it seems. This is not real life, you cannot compare the two and expect them to work the same way. It is a video game it does not need to follow the rules of offline real work ever. This is not reality, it is fantasy get over it. Actually no I would not, because I don't care about bonus's for that is all they are a bonus. Not part of the main reason to be working in the first place. and fully within the rights of the company to decide who gets one and who does not and does not need to be based upon performance like some elitist person thinks it should be. Again this is not real life, so do not ever expect it behave like real life just because you seem not to be able to grasp the fact that it is fantasy and does not ever have to follow your expectations of how it has to be.

Hell, as long as the people on my team put in some work I'll be fine with them getting stuff even if they were below me in performance. But it's ridiculous that someone that pops in for 5 seconds dies once and sits in the middle of the map had an equal chance at getting purple or better gear as I do.
