Isn't it 11 seconds? In pvp that's enough time to get a kill or two, and in pve, you could unload a full clip

Edited by NeXuS: 10/12/2014 9:43:38 PMThe buff is gone as soon as you fire though, and it also disappears as soon as soon as you de-scope. It's really only good at giving you a little edge when aiming your first round. It takes a few seconds after you zoom in before the buff activates.

Invisibility is always good though, and it'd be pretty good if you could chain it with bladedancers stealth
