I have both the 40s and 50s and actually prefer using the 40s. No down time for charging but you do have cords.

But all in all you would recommend them for outstanding quality?? I do agree with the charging aspect, but I sit far back from the tv. And I have a houseful of kids and pets, so cords aren't ideal for me. Just as long as the quality is good, and more so the surround sound feeling.

As far as quality. Top notch. When you hear something you know exactly which side it came from and if it's in front or behind you

That's gonna be amazing! Right now my house is so loud, and my wife watches her shows on Netflix right beside me on her iPad. She turns the volume way up to cancel out our surround sound, but then all I hear is my mic and her tv show. This is going to be so fantastic!
