For 3 raids all I got was ascendant materials.
On my 4th raid I got an exotic weapon (Truth), and a legendary weapon, but still no raid gear. On my 5th raid (hard mode) I got raid gauntlets, chestpiece, helmet and the Timebreaker.
Keep trying OP. You will get lucky eventually. At least you probably have a lot of ascendant materials to level up to 29 and max out a few guns.

3 times got the same equipment. Atheons Epilogue and shader. No armour at all.

At least you got Atheons Epilogue. I only got a shader for 3 raids. I did the raid 5 times (once on hard mode), and I still want Atheons Epilogue.
