Well the IB gear and weapon is so damn cheap (10 marks only!), so it would be an incredibly ridiculous way to stockpile ascendant materials. I saw some talk on twitter today of people celebrating reaching the Ascendant material caps (70 of each), and was worried that maybe they got there via the IB gear / weapon dismantling.

I'm still living off of all the shards that the Queen's Bounty missions got me before they patched that lol, so for the most part I'm OK. But yeah - imagine this place if that actually becomes the case?
