Exotic bounty weapons, Playstation exclusive exotics, and raid exotics can not be sold by Xur, and I don't know if there are any more he can't sell than those.

False. It's not on the loot table for Xur.

But every week is the same for xbox and playstation users, so it wont be a ps exclusive being sold untill they release for xbox users in 2015. So he wont sell things like Hawkmoon anytome soon.
