I'm pretty sure it makes your bullet spread huge. Almost typed butthole. Usually of someone is jumping mid shootout they'll die.

Haha. Yea this makes the most sense. It's just got a bullet spread no matter what right? I was trying to test it and it seemed random no matter what direction I jumped so I think you're right

Yeah I land a shot here and there but its random. Hand cannons have a better chance to hit but missing that shot will probably kill ya.
