i use and own both. Ice breaker comes out alot more cuz it was my first exotic and holds a special place

P&T was my first. I think I'll like Ice Breaker better though. The stealth on P&T isn't as great as it sounds reading the skill when you actually unlock it and use it. The way it distorts the color of your sight when the stealth applies makes it really hard to see on the moon too (the moon's surface looks blindingly white).
