Wonder if I can earn it with a worse K/D

I dunno if it was shopped or what but I saw a photo of a guy who had like a 0.1 K/D ratio getting The Last Word as his reward in the crucible. Personally I have come in last place a lot in the crucible and not received anything at all worthwhile. I think the best i got was an armor shader.
