Most players are not quitting but are getting disconnected do to faulty servers

Well, I do trust there are some problems with the servers, but I never think players are quitting so frequently before iron banner was released. So I believe the iron banner's reputation rules do have something to do with this situation. I don't think the servers are bad enough to get 2~3 players disconnected in almost every match. Especially, when only players in the losing team leave.

I've said it before, if you punish people they will no longer play the game, their should be an incentive to finish matches win or lose.

Yeah, you're right. I've been disconnected out of all of mine, even strikes. Luckily we were winning lol so it doesn't look like I raged.
