A lot of people got up that high before the loot cave was nerfed. I got my cryptarch to lvl 11 before it was nerfed and i just got him to lvl 13 tonight

But I don't want it patched.. So shhh... I forgot about this emblem I got from that speaker guy sopose to give you more drops..
